- Experience in personal care
- Driver's license preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Deliver specialized care for clients with complex medical conditions including dementia, Parkinson's, and palliative care needs.

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Specialist training in complex care
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Strong clinical skills
